All prepays to hold a cleaning date is subject to a $25.00 cancelation fee or a one time rescheduled cleaning. The PayPal fee we charge by PayPal will be added to the cancelation fee. We are mostly booked up and require this to ensure our crews have some reimbursement for the time they lose due to a possible cancelation.
All PayPal payments are per man hour plus your trip fee. If you are in doubt about the amount contact the office Tue and Thurs at 303-838-2836 or my Cell other days at 720-532-6608. Please make payments the day Sunday before we clean or on the day of your cleaning when paying with a check. Check payments will cost you more per hour so if paying by check leave on the counter so the girls will know payment has been received. Also we accept PayPal at a cheaper hourly rate the Sunday of the week of your cleaning so that our staff may process and confirm your payment has been received before a crew is dispatched to your home. We need the time to make lists to give to crews of the payments made and do this so our staff is safer because they do not handle money!
